Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute warehouse operations in line with business demand.
- Manage shift operations and outsourced manpower effectively.
- Coordinate logistics with Sales, planning, IT, and field teams for day-to-day work.
- Ready to work in shift operations to ensure continuous warehouse functionality.
- Oversee asset management, equipment maintenance, and overall upkeep of the
warehouse. - Drive improvements, Kaizen activities, and system/process enhancements.
- Work on projects related to capacity enhancement, customer delight initiatives,
inventory accuracy, and automations. - Generate MIS and other reports, conduct data analysis for informed decisionmaking.
- Perform cost analysis and initiate cost-saving measures on freight, consumables,
overtime, electricity, etc. - Implement productivity improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes.
