About the Role
As a YouTube Storytelling Editor, you’ll craft cinematic, engaging videos for real estate,
lifestyle, and relocation content. Transform raw footage (neighbourhood tours, interviews)
into polished long-form videos that balance personal storytelling with professional polish,
driving viewer engagement and channel growth.
Key Responsibilities
→ Editing & Production:
o Edit 1–2 videos weekly (8–15 minutes each) using Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro,
or DaVinci Resolve.
o Incorporate B-roll, motion graphics, and titles to enhance storytelling.
o Ensure pacing and rhythm retain viewer attention.
→ Collaboration:
o Align edits with channel tone and style (references provided).
o Suggest creative improvements based on YouTube best practices.
→ Delivery:
o Meet deadlines and adapt to feedback for iterative refinements.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience editing YouTube content (personal/professional tone).
- Proficiency in video editing software and motion graphics.
- Strong visual storytelling skills with a focus on pacing and structure.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Bonus:
- Experience in cinematic real estate or lifestyle content.
