About the Job:

We’re seeking a full-time YouTube strategist to join our team at YT Jobs. You’ll work
directly with Paddy in his consulting agency and education businesses, making this an
excellent opportunity for someone eager to excel in content strategy and become a key
contributor to a rapidly growing enterprise. There’s ample room for salary and
responsibility growth, as we’re seeking a right-hand person to support our endeavors.

Job Responsibilities:

➢ Serve as a senior YouTube strategist for both company clients and students of the
Accelerator Program.
➢ Provide detailed video notes for clients, covering editing, scripting, and structure.
➢ Ideate content for clients and develop outlines for approved video concepts.
➢ Generate monthly reports summarizing key insights gleaned from published
content for clients.

We’re seeking an individual with a strong work ethic and a drive to advance their career in
this field. You should possess the ability to think critically and deeply about strategy while
remaining adaptable to various content types. Analytical prowess and comfort with
exploring data within YouTube and YouTube Studio are essential. You should have strong
instincts about YouTube content while also being flexible enough to challenge
assumptions and adapt to new trends. We value candidates who are not afraid to make
mistakes as long as they learn from them.

Job Requirements:

  • Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM CST (based in Texas).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a strategist, designer, editor, or producer.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly on live video calls.

Language Requirements:

Fluency in English is required.
