Responsibilities:

Join a dynamic team responsible for:
✓ Onboarding clients on vendor platforms like Fxall, Bloomberg, 360T, EBSDirect, etc.
✓ Acting as a liaison with vendors regarding queries related to platform behaviour.
✓ Owning the onboarding request process and ensuring all necessary approvals are
obtained.
✓ Maintaining existing client base and updating trading setups.
✓ Administering credit limits and KYC bypass when necessary.
✓ Troubleshooting client queries related to electronic trading platforms.
✓ Collaborating with various internal teams for issue resolution and process
enhancement.
✓ Assisting in new initiatives related to the development of the electronic offer.

Profile Requirements:

✓ Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce.
✓ 3-5 years of experience in Investment Banking Operations.
✓ Good understanding of FX and Fixed Income products.
✓ Ability to handle work pressures and meet deadlines.
✓ Team player with excellent communication skills.
✓ Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
✓ Exposure to Client Facing Roles.
