Key Responsibilities:

→ Patient Care: Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and perform
nursing procedures accurately.
→ Clinical Duties: Monitor vital signs, manage IV lines, wound care, and document
patient progress.
→ Collaborative Care: Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to
implement care plans.
→ Patient Education: Educate patients and families on treatment, medications, and
post-discharge care.
→ Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely nursing records, following INC and
hospital policies.
→ Emergency Response: Assist in medical emergencies and escalate critical
conditions promptly.

Qualifications & Experience:

→ Education: BSN or GNM from an Indian Nursing Council–recognized institution.
→ Experience: 0–4 years of clinical experience, including internships and rotations.
→ Licensure: Valid nursing registration with the Indian Nursing Council.
→ Skills: Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork abilities.
