💡About the Role:
IQVIA is hiring an Automation Tester for its Bangalore office to join its world-class technology team 💻.In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated testing solutions for enterprise software applications and cloud-based products. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure software quality, performance, and reliability throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in Selenium Automation Testing, Java/C#, BDD Frameworks, and Quality Engineering practices.
📌Key Responsibilities:
📌 Design, develop, and execute automation test cases using Selenium WebDriver 🧪
📌 Create and maintain reusable automated test scripts and test data libraries 📊
📌 Participate in Agile sprint testing activities and quality assurance processes 🔄
📌 Perform functional, non-functional, security, and data validation testing 🔒
📌 Review requirements and ensure testability and traceability of software requirements 📋
📌 Track, report, and manage defects using testing and issue management tools 🐞
📌 Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA leads 🤝
📌 Contribute to test planning, execution strategies, and quality improvement initiatives 🚀

🎯Requirements:
🎯 2+ Years of Experience in Automation Testing 👨💻
🎯 Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver and Selenium XPath 🧪
🎯 Knowledge of BDD Frameworks and SpecFlow ⚙️
🎯 Proficiency in Java, C#, and Scripting Languages 💻
🎯 Experience in Test Case Design, Execution, and Maintenance 📋
🎯 Understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and SDLC 🔄
🎯 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 🧠
🎯 Excellent verbal and written communication skills 💬
