About the Role:
As a Senior Business Manager for MyPartner, you will drive growth of MakeMyTrip’s travel
agent platform in Indore and Pune. You’ll build brand presence, onboard and nurture
travel agent partners, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize transaction volume
and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
→ Onboarding & Relationship Management:
o Identify, engage, and onboard new travel agent partners.
o Maintain end-to-end account management and foster ongoing partner
relationships.
→ Portfolio Management & Growth:
o Develop business plans to achieve regional revenue targets.
o Ensure competitive inventory levels and rate positioning across partnered
agents.
→ Data Analysis & Reporting:
o Build MIS and market intelligence reports to track agent performance.
o Prepare geography-wise and service-wise sales plans and monitor
achievement.
→ Negotiation & Strategic Partnerships:
o Lead deal negotiations and close agreements with travel agents.
o Strategize positioning of the MyPartner product suite to optimize partner
revenue.

Requirements:
→ Education & Experience:
o Master’s degree from a reputed institute.
o 2 – 6 years in sales, travel trade, key account management, or B2B sales.
→ Skills & Competencies:
o Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
o Proven track record of driving revenue growth and partner engagement.
o Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
