About the Role:
As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll manage expense records, sample inventory, activity tracking, and inter-team communications.
You’ll support sales and merchandising operations, ensuring orders, samples, and reports flow seamlessly across departments and to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
📌 Track sales expenses and submit monthly reports for management review
📌 Manage sample inventory—cataloguing, distributing, and coordinating sample approvals
📌 Monitor daily sales activity, attendance, and leave across the sales team
📌 Place and follow-up sample requisitions, generate factory indents, coordinate sample approvals
📌 Analyze strike ratios and provide actionable reports on sample conversions
📌 Maintain Google Sheets for key accounts such as Decathlon; keep sample development files updated
📌 Provide backup support for sales and help resolve urgent situations
📌 Coordinate with all teams—accounts, factory, logistics—to ensure timely order fulfillment

Desired Candidate Profile:
🎯 1+ year in sales coordination, merchandising, or related field
🎯 Excellent organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills
🎯 Proactive communicator with a detail-oriented approach
🎯 Ability to prioritize tasks, work with cross-functional teams, and handle fast-paced operations
🎯 Prior textile, apparel, or merchandising experience is an added advantage
