About the Role:
As a Merchandiser at Premco Global, you’ll take charge of order management, customer coordination, and operational support across the merchandising cycle.
Your role bridges customers, internal teams, and factory operations—ensuring smooth flow of orders, from sampling to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
📌 Oversee order and sample processing from inquiry to delivery
📌 Coordinate with sales, sampling, and production teams for quality and timelines
📌 Handle customer queries and process orders, both online and offline
📌 Manage communication of shipment and inventory updates
📌 Liaise with purchase, account, and factory teams for raw materials, payments, and delivery schedules
📌 Maintain accurate records, stacks of customer documentation, and regular reports for management
📌 Support logistics for urgent deliveries and field sales requirements
📌 Uphold workplace organization (5S) standards

Desired Candidate Profile:
🎯 1+ year in merchandising, order management, or textile operations
🎯 Strong coordination and communication skills
🎯 Skilled in data management, reporting, and customer service
🎯 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team environment
🎯 Textile, apparel, or garment sector experience preferred
