💡About the Role:
Cummins is hiring Mechanical Maintenance – Level II professionals for its manufacturing operations in Dewas.You’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving CNC machines, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, pumps, cooling systems, and industrial equipment that power large-scale manufacturing operations.This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on engineering work and want to develop expertise in preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, TPM, and advanced manufacturing systems.

📌Key Responsibilities:
📌 Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance ⚙️

📌 Troubleshoot CNC machines and Fanuc controllers 🛠️

📌 Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and cooling systems 💨

📌 Diagnose machine drive, ball screw, and control system issues 🔍

📌 Improve equipment reliability and production uptime 📈

📌 Execute maintenance activities following quality standards ✅

📌 Support downtime analysis and process improvements 📊

📌 Participate in TPM and continuous improvement initiatives 🚀

📌 Maintain machine safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards 🏭

🎯Requirements:
🎯 1–5 Years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience

🎯 Experience with CNC machine maintenance

🎯 Knowledge of Fanuc controllers

🎯 Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

🎯 Familiarity with pumps, cooling systems, and industrial machinery

🎯 Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills

🎯 Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance

🎯 Ability to work in manufacturing environments

🎯 Good communication and teamwork skills
