About the Role:
You will join KPMG’s Transformation – Customer & Operations advisory practice, helping clients accelerate their business transformation journeys.
The role focuses on advising and delivering solutions around revenue enhancement, cost optimization, operational excellence, supply chain, and manufacturing excellence for Indian and international clients, particularly in automotive and diversified industries.

Key Responsibilities:
📌 Manage engagement delivery, developing client relationships and delivering value-driven analysis and thought leadership
📌 Independently own project delivery: proposing solutions, leading teams, ensuring implementation, and managing operational metrics
📌 Advise clients on business transformation, sales strategy, revenue and cost optimization, supply chain, and operating model design
📌 Prepare technical and commercial proposals, manage budgeting and risk, and support business development
📌 Coach, mentor, and develop colleagues; set expectations, identify learning needs, and support their well-being
📌 Ensure compliance with firm’s processes and participate in internal initiatives like recruitment, L&D, and thought leadership

Requirements:
🎯 Minimum 7+ years’ consulting experience, with a strong background in strategy, operations, or advisory (Big 4 or international consulting preferred)
🎯 MBA/PGDM or Engineering (B.Tech/BE/ME/M.Tech/MS) from a premier institution
🎯 Indepth expertise in domains like manufacturing excellence, procurement, cost/supply chain optimization, process improvement, vendor management
🎯 Exposure to sectors such as Automotive, Engineering, Telecom, Technology, Pharma, Diversified Industries, Transportation, or Chemicals
🎯 Analytical, entrepreneurial, proven client management, project delivery, strong written and verbal communication skills
🎯 Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
