About the Role:
As a Sales Manager I, you will serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned client accounts, focusing on account growth, strategic planning, and revenue enhancement.You will analyze performance metrics, foster strong partnerships with restaurant owners, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Your role emphasizes proactive client engagement and market share expansion.


Key Responsibilities:
📌 Manage client accounts, understand their business goals, and develop tailored account strategies
📌 Conduct regular face-to-face business reviews identifying growth opportunities and challenges
📌 Track sales data, market trends, and account funnels
📌 Drive hygiene and health metrics for new partners to ensure business growth
📌 Deliver incremental revenue and market share through strategic planning
📌 Maintain excellent relations with restaurant owners and improve their Net Promoter Score (NPS)
📌 Collaborate internally to resolve client issues and improve service


Requirements:
