About the Role:
The Associate will support Community Impact Banking initiatives by managing reporting, analytics, and strategic projects.
Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, driving process improvements, developing reporting and analytics solutions using BI tools like Tableau and Qlik, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that influence senior leadership decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Own and deliver high-quality reporting, ad-hoc projects, and strategic analytics initiatives
📌 Act as liaison between business management, analytics teams, and senior stakeholders
📌 Develop and optimize Alteryx workflows, SQL queries, and dashboards in Tableau, Qlik, and ThoughtSpot
📌 Conduct control testing and validation of analytics and business management solutions
📌 Lead business reviews and translate data into actionable insights
📌 Manage requirements gathering, project planning, and prioritization
📌 Write procedures, organize training, and support compliance and governance practices
Requirements:
🎯 Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik, ThoughtSpot, and Python (intermediate to advanced levels)
🎯 Understanding of banking, data analytics, data modeling, and automation
🎯 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
🎯 Experience in project management and business process improvement
🎯 Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services is preferred
