About the Role:
📋 As a Project Manager, you will coordinate small, low-risk projects focused on documentation control, analytics, and operational efficiency.
You will monitor project KPIs, facilitate reporting and compliance, manage risks, and support project execution while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• 🎯 Support project execution and contribute to meeting project targets.
• 📊 Monitor project performance on financial and operational KPIs such as cost, schedules, and asset usage.
• 🤝 Collaborate with internal and external teams for project planning, implementation, and data-driven analytics.
• 🗂️ Manage reporting, documentation control, and daily operational tasks.
• 🕒 Track project progress and provide timely updates and insights to leaders.
• ⚠️ Assist in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
• 📝 Prepare and maintain project reports using templates, macros, and custom formats.
• 🔒 Ensure organized, accessible project documentation for teams and customers.

Requirements:

• 📚 Strong knowledge of project management processes and principles.
• 🛠️ Proficiency in MS Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project or similar software.
• 🧠 Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• 💬 Effective communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• ⏱️ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently under broad guidelines.
