About the Role:
👤 As an Elite Relationship Manager – Business Banking, you will manage and grow a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) business customers, focusing on both liabilities (CASA, term deposits) and commercial assets (working capital, TL, trade finance).You will acquire new HNW clients, deepen existing relationships, and deliver tailored banking and trade solutions while ensuring superior service and adherence to bank policies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • 🤝 Develop and expand banking relationships with HNW customers for liabilities and commercial assets, ensuring high service standards and compliance with bank policies.
  • 💼 Cross-sell a broad suite of banking products (trade finance, commercial lending, investment and insurance products) to deepen client engagement and wallet share.
  • 📢 Inform clients about new products and enhancements; plan and execute targeted sales initiatives and client engagement events.
  • 🌐 Collaborate with group companies to offer integrated financial solutions and maintain detailed records of client interactions and relationship history.
  • 🛠 Monitor and promptly resolve customer complaints and queries within defined turnaround times (TAT) to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

  • 🎓 Bachelor’s degree; strong grounding in banking and financial products.
  • 💹 Proven experience in managing HNW relationships with good understanding of trade finance, commercial assets (CC, OD, TL, export finance), and business banking products.
  • 🧠 Strong sales and cross-selling skills, customer orientation, high energy and drive, and a “go‑getter” attitude with passion for achieving targets.
  • 🗣 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships; good record-keeping and follow-up discipline.
