About the Role:
📋 Perform business analysis in insurance Business Technology Transformation programs, bridging business and technical requirements across full project lifecycles.
Gather, prioritize, analyze, and validate requirements through user workshops in Agile Scrum and Waterfall environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 👥 Gather/prioritize/analyze/validate requirements; facilitate/coordinate user workshops for insurance clients.
  • 🔄 Bridge business and technical requirements with full project lifecycle experience (Waterfall/Agile).
  • 🏢 Excellent knowledge in General PC Insurance; hands-on Agile Scrum experience required.
  • 📊 Demonstrate business analysis across different project lifecycles with strong domain expertise.

Requirements:
Experience & Skills:

  • 🎯 4-5+ years Business Analysis in digital/insurance projects; Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
  • 💼 Strong General PC Insurance domain knowledge; full project lifecycle experience.
  • 🗣 Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

  • 📜 BCS Diploma, Product Owner/Scrum certifications; data analytics experience.
  • 🔍 Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, documentation/reporting skills.
