About the Role:
📊 As a Data & Reporting Business Analyst I in the Rewards Product Delivery team, you will drive automation, reporting, and data solutions that support Consumer & Community Banking.You will combine technical skills with stakeholder management, challenging unclear requirements, owning outcomes, and helping improve customer experience through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ⚙️ Automate data workflows and reporting using Alteryx and SQL; design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines for integration/migration across platforms.
  • 🗃️ Model and structure databases to support analytics and decision-making; implement and monitor data quality controls for compliance and audit readiness.
  • 📈 Build and maintain dashboards/reports in Tableau and Excel; analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • 🤝 Collaborate with business/technology teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable data solutions; support key decisions with timely, accurate insights.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills:

  • 🧩 Hands-on experience with Alteryx and SQL, plus data modeling and ETL processes.
  • 🗄️ Proficiency with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake.
  • 📌 Strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and familiarity with Jira and Agile workflows.
  • 🤖 Experience using LLMs/AI tools in data analysis or reporting.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills:

  • 📊 Experience with Tableau and Excel for reporting; Python for ETL/automation.
  • ☁ Exposure to cloud data platforms (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Snowflake), RPA, AI/ML, NoSQL (MongoDB), and advanced scripting (Shell, PowerShell, Java).
  • 🌐 Experience with cloud-native reporting tools and modern data/automation stacks.
