About the Role:
💻 Develop, test, and maintain applications, SDKs, test frameworks, and tools for Mastercard’s payment platform using modern engineering practices.
Research technical solutions, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver secure, scalable software while adhering to Mastercard standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• 🔧 Program, test, implement, document, and support systems application software following Mastercard best practices and quality processes.
• 🏗️ Design/build advanced applications ensuring high quality, security, scalability within time/budget constraints.
• 🤝 Collaborate with teams to define/design/ship features; research/evaluate new technologies for development efficiency.
• 📊 Perform feasibility studies, logic designs, flowcharting, cost/time analysis; handle production incidents and on-call rotation.

Requirements:

Knowledge & Experience:

• 👨‍💻 6 months–1.5 years Software Development experience with strong coding skills and OOPS/DSA knowledge.
• 📚 Thorough understanding of Software Engineering concepts and methodologies.

Skills & Abilities:

• 🚀 High-energy, proactive, self-motivated; strong verbal/written communication and collaboration in matrixed/global teams.
• 🧠 Ability to work under pressure, learn quickly, and contribute to process improvements and metrics reporting.
