About the Role:
📊 Conduct data analysis to extract actionable insights, explore datasets, identify trends/anomalies, and support forecasting and decision-making for business stakeholders.Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity while communicating insights via compelling visualizations and narratives, and supporting data-related projects with analytical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• 🔍 Analyze data to derive insights; explore and visualize datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• 📈 Analyze historical data to build trends and forecasts; investigate discrepancies and identify root causes of issues.
• 🧪 Provide user training/support on data analysis tools; ensure quality assurance, data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• 📊 Support data projects by contributing analytical expertise and presenting findings through visualizations and presentations.

Requirements:

Experience:

• 🧮 Standard I: 2 years; Standard II: 3 years; Senior I: 4 years; Senior II: 5 years in data analysis roles (this posting is for Data Analyst I – T2).

Skills & Abilities:

• 🧠 Strong analytical, numerical, and statistical knowledge; data modeling and visualization skills.
• 🎯 High accuracy, attention to detail, planning/organizing, and presentation skills; fluency in English.
