About the Role:
📊 Manage financial reporting/analytics as part of the global Business Intelligence & Analytics Hub, providing insights to business segments, senior finance, and global teams.Partner with stakeholders across time zones to deliver data-driven decision support through advanced analytics and visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 📈 Lead ad-hoc analyses, special reporting projects, performance analysis, forecasting/planning cycles, and risk/opportunity identification.
  • 🧠 Design/own functional data dashboards; drive reporting innovation/automation using Power BI/Tableau/advanced Excel/Alteryx.
  • 🤝 Collaborate with local/regional/global/practice area teams; structure hypotheses, build data models, and solve complex analytical problems.
  • 📊 Streamline financial planning alignment with business strategies; contribute to multiple work streams with strong organizational skills.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • 💼 Strong finance knowledge (P&L, Balance Sheet); FP&A experience; advanced computer literacy.
  • 📊 Data analytics/BI tools (SAP Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau); advanced Excel, report building, issue diagnosis.
  • 🧮 Oracle Financials/HFM/Hyperion Planning experience preferred.

Core Competencies:

  • 🧠 Problem-solving, analytical thinking, hypothesis structuring; stakeholder management across time zones.
  • 💬 Excellent written/oral communication; adaptable to global/multicultural teams; Agile methodology familiarity.
