🔍 Transform raw operations data into actionable insights supporting Cult.fit’s rapid business expansion.
Partner with Ops, Product, Tech, and CX teams to optimize performance through SQL analytics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- 📊 Write SQL queries across multiple sources; build/maintain dashboards tracking key business metrics.
- 🔧 Automate reports; perform deep-dive analyses; identify process gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
- 📈 Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis and performance reviews driving data-informed decisions.
Requirements:
Core Skills:
- 🛠️ Advanced SQL proficiency; Excel/Google Sheets mastery (pivots, formulas, data cleaning).
- 🔒 1–3 years support/operations analytics; attention to detail; independent problem-solving mindset.
Desired:
- 📊 Tableau/Power BI/Looker visualization; Python/Google Apps Script; support metrics (SLAs/CSAT) knowledge.
