About the Role:
🔍 Design mechanical seals and auxiliary systems from customer requirements through GA drawings and BOM creation.
Execute clean order engineering coordinating with global teams ensuring Flowserve standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- 📊 Generate manufacturing drawings/BOMs; perform hydraulic/vibration/FEA analysis under supervision.
- 🔧 Support special projects including retrofits, upgrades, new product development, and ATS engineering tasks.
- 📈 Implement engineering best practices; identify standards gaps; provide technical customer solutions.
Requirements:
Core Skills:
- 🛠️ ACAD 2D/3D expert; Inventor/SolidWorks/Creo modeling; GD&T; engineering calculations proficiency.
- 🔒 3–5 years seal/rotating equipment experience; cross-functional collaboration; English fluency.
Desired:
- 📊 CIP/DFM methodology; pressure vessel/welding/NDE knowledge; MS-Office project management tools.
