About the Role:
🔍 Manage intermediate HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, global mobility, compliance and employee inquiries.
Hybrid role handling Tier 1-2 HR support with process improvements in international biopharma environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • 📊 Administer employee lifecycle processes; respond to policy/system inquiries; monitor HRIS data accuracy.
  • 🔧 Support GDPR/SOX compliance; manage international transfers/visas; conduct root cause analysis for issues.
  • 📈 Collaborate with HRBPs/COEs; update SOPs; contribute to People Operations projects and process optimization.

Requirements:

Core Skills:

  • 🛠️ 5–10 years shared services; global employment law knowledge; HRIS (Workday/ServiceNow); MS Office proficiency.
  • 🔒 Strong organizational/analytical skills; independent worker; cross-functional collaboration essential.

Desired:
