🌟What if your product decisions could help shape the next generation of AI?
Great products don’t happen by accident. They emerge when customer needs, technical possibilities, business priorities, and data come together.
Turing is looking for a Product Manager to lead important areas of its talent, marketplace, vetting, and platform ecosystem—building experiences that help connect advanced AI capabilities with real-world business needs.
If you can turn ambiguous problems into clear product strategies, collaborate closely with engineers and designers, and use data to make better decisions, this remote opportunity could be an exciting next move.
🌟About Turing:
Turing is a technology company headquartered in San Francisco, working with leading AI research labs and enterprises to advance AI capabilities and deploy AI-powered solutions.
Its work includes creating high-quality datasets, reinforcement learning environments, and evaluation benchmarks for advanced AI systems. Turing also helps enterprises build and deploy AI solutions for complex business workflows.
The company operates at the intersection of AI research, technical talent, and enterprise product development.
💡About the Role:
As a Product Manager, you’ll own product strategy and execution across important platform areas, including talent discovery, search and matching, onboarding, vetting, trust systems, marketplace workflows, and internal tools.
You’ll translate complex business problems into product roadmaps, clear requirements, and practical execution plans.
Working with engineering, design, data, quality assurance, and operations teams, you’ll prioritize improvements, evaluate product performance, and deliver polished, scalable user experiences.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who combines technical understanding with product judgment, analytical thinking, and strong communication.
📌Key Responsibilities:
🧭Product Strategy and Roadmap
- Own the roadmap, prioritization, and execution for a core product area.
- Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured product plans and requirements.
- Balance immediate delivery priorities with long-term platform strategy.
- Identify opportunities to build scalable systems rather than isolated features.
📊Data-Driven Decision-Making
- Analyse product metrics, experiments, and user insights.
- Identify workflow problems and opportunities for improvement.
- Prioritize investments based on expected impact and business value.
- Measure product outcomes and use findings to guide future decisions.
🎨User Experience and Product Quality
- Develop a strong understanding of user needs and workflows.
- Improve talent discovery, onboarding, search, matching, and marketplace experiences.
- Partner with design teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
- Maintain a high bar for usability, clarity, and product consistency.
🤝Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with engineering, design, data, QA, and operations teams.
- Collaborate with engineers on architecture, technical trade-offs, and execution.
- Align stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Communicate product direction, decisions, progress, and outcomes clearly.
🚀Execution and Continuous Improvement
- Drive product development from problem definition through delivery.
- Maintain momentum in a fast-moving environment.
- Improve workflows, internal tooling, and platform capabilities.
- Make informed decisions while balancing speed, quality, and long-term scalability.

🎯 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
