π‘About the Role:
Clean Harbors is hiring an Associate – Onboarding for its HR Shared Services team in Bangalore π¨βπΌ.This role plays a critical part in delivering a smooth onboarding experience for new employees across the United States and Canada. The selected candidate will coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, partner teams, and candidates to ensure timely and compliant onboarding while maintaining a high level of candidate satisfaction.This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple onboarding activities simultaneously.
πShift Timing: 5:00 PM β 02:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
πKey Responsibilities:
π Coordinate onboarding activities for driver and non-driver candidates across the US and Canada π
π Collaborate with recruitment teams for new hire onboarding processes π€
π Collect, verify, and process onboarding documentation, background checks, and medical records π
π Support candidates throughout their onboarding journey and first-week activities π¨βπΌ
π Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements π’
π Distribute login credentials, onboarding guides, and employee resources π
π Assist new hires with hardware and software setup requirements π»
π Assign and monitor mandatory onboarding trainings and compliance activities π
π Resolve candidate and hiring manager queries related to onboarding π
π Monitor onboarding systems and ensure completion of all onboarding tasks π
π Maintain high levels of stakeholder and candidate satisfaction β
π Handle onboarding escalations and ensure timely issue resolution π
π―Requirements:
π― 0β2 years of experience in HR Operations, Onboarding, Recruitment Support, or Shared Services π¨βπ»
π― Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English π¬
π― Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities π§
π― Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information securely π
π― Basic understanding of US labor laws and onboarding processes π
