Clean Harbors is hiring an Associate – Onboarding for its HR Shared Services team in Bangalore πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’Ό.This role plays a critical part in delivering a smooth onboarding experience for new employees across the United States and Canada. The selected candidate will coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, partner teams, and candidates to ensure timely and compliant onboarding while maintaining a high level of candidate satisfaction.This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple onboarding activities simultaneously.

πŸ“Œ Coordinate onboarding activities for driver and non-driver candidates across the US and Canada 🌎

πŸ“Œ Collect, verify, and process onboarding documentation, background checks, and medical records πŸ“‘
πŸ“Œ Support candidates throughout their onboarding journey and first-week activities πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’Ό
πŸ“Œ Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements 🏒
πŸ“Œ Distribute login credentials, onboarding guides, and employee resources πŸ”

🎯Requirements:
