Some patients need medicine.Others need someone who never stops paying attention.Narayana Health is hiring Staff Nurses for its Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Unit, where every shift directly contributes to the recovery of highly immunocompromised patients requiring specialized and life-saving care.This role is ideal for compassionate nurses who want to build expertise in oncology, bone marrow transplantation, infection control, and critical patient management while working alongside some of India’s leading healthcare professionals.
📌Key Responsibilities:
📌 Deliver high-quality nursing care to Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) patients 👩⚕️
📌 Monitor patient condition, pain management, and clinical progress continuously ❤️
📌 Administer medications, IV fluids, chemotherapy support, and blood transfusions safely 💉
📌 Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and post-care instructions 📚
📌 Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinical records 📝
📌 Ensure strict infection prevention, patient safety, and quality standards 🛡️
📌 Assist in bone marrow aspiration, biopsy, and related oncology procedures 🔬
📌 Monitor post-transplant complications including GVHD and Veno-Occlusive Disease ⚕️
📌 Support diagnostic procedures including MRI, CT Scan, Endoscopy, FNAC, Mammography, and more 🏥
📌 Participate in ACLS, BLS, CNEs, clinical training, and continuous professional development 🚀
🎯Requirements:
🎯 Diploma (GNM) or Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc Nursing) 🎓
🎯 Valid State Nursing Council Registration 🩺
🎯 Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of nursing experience 👩⚕️
🎯 Strong understanding of nursing principles and patient care practices ❤️
🎯 Knowledge of infection control, medication administration, and patient safety 🛡️
🎯 Good communication and interpersonal skills 💬
🎯 Compassionate, empathetic, punctual, and proactive attitude 🤝
🎯 Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment 🏥
