Job Description:
Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Process Associate – Customer Service. This
position involves responding to customer queries and issues promptly, providing solutions
based on available help articles and policies, and ensuring excellent service delivery to
customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries and issues promptly
- Provide solutions based on available help articles and policies
- Report necessary bugs, suggestions, and ideas
- Work closely with internal departments to provide required information/support to
customers - Upsell relevant products to new customers based on their business needs
- Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies
- Upskill to enhance knowledge and offer support
- Showcase proven work ethic and ability to work well both independently and
collaboratively
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation in any discipline (Preferred B. Tech or any other tech/non-tech degree with
computer course/certification/diploma) - Freshers are eligible
- Preferred prerequisites:
- Effective probing and analysing/understanding skills
- Analytical skills with a customer-centric approach
- Excellent proficiency in written English with a neutral accent
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekend shifts
