Job Description:

Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Process Associate – Customer Service. This
position involves responding to customer queries and issues promptly, providing solutions
based on available help articles and policies, and ensuring excellent service delivery to
customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries and issues promptly
  • Provide solutions based on available help articles and policies
  • Report necessary bugs, suggestions, and ideas
  • Work closely with internal departments to provide required information/support to
    customers
  • Upsell relevant products to new customers based on their business needs
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies
  • Upskill to enhance knowledge and offer support
  • Showcase proven work ethic and ability to work well both independently and
    collaboratively

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any discipline (Preferred B. Tech or any other tech/non-tech degree with
    computer course/certification/diploma)
  • Freshers are eligible
  • Preferred prerequisites:
  • Effective probing and analysing/understanding skills
  • Analytical skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent proficiency in written English with a neutral accent
  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekend shifts
