experience - Developing and maintaining a comprehensive FAQ document covering common inquiries
about institute programs, facilities, policies, and fee structures - Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the institute’s offerings and effectively communicating
them to interested parties - Discussing the institute’s fee structure, payment options, scholarships, and financial aid
programs with parents and students - Collecting payments accurately, guiding through payment processes, and maintaining
detailed payment records - Receiving and reviewing applications for financial assistance, collaborating with relevant
stakeholders to facilitate aid for qualifying students
