  • Providing friendly and professional assistance throughout the visit, ensuring a positive
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive FAQ document covering common inquiries
    about institute programs, facilities, policies, and fee structures
  • Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the institute’s offerings and effectively communicating
    them to interested parties
  • Discussing the institute’s fee structure, payment options, scholarships, and financial aid
    programs with parents and students
  • Collecting payments accurately, guiding through payment processes, and maintaining
    detailed payment records
  • Receiving and reviewing applications for financial assistance, collaborating with relevant
    stakeholders to facilitate aid for qualifying students
