About the Role:

  • Take overall responsibility for Lower School curriculum leadership.
  • Lead pedagogical initiatives and approaches.
  • Stay updated on changes and initiatives in education.
  • Lead pupil progress and tracking systems in core subject areas.
  • Assist the Head of Lower School in establishing and maintaining a vibrant and thriving
    school.
  • Ensure quality educational programs in a safe, positive, and healthy learning
    environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote high standards in all aspects of school life, particularly in student progress.
  • Actively support the values, vision, ethos, culture, and policies of the school.
  • Inspire and motivate students, teachers, and other school employees.
  • Actively engage with staff and student groups, understanding and resolving concerns
    daily.
  • Plan, prepare, publish, and implement dashboards related to class schedules and exam
    results.
  • Coordinate with Branch Head and faculty for smooth running of classes.
  • Ensure timely provision of study material to students.
  • Provide required documentation by students.
  • Undertake other duties as requested by the Senior Leadership Team for effective school
    operation.

Knowledge/Skills & Abilities required:

  • Minimum 6 months of teaching experience.
  • Involvement in extracurricular activities.
  • Experience or knowledge of working with non-native English speakers.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable wearing a saree.
