💡About the Role:
Wipro is hiring for the role of Administrator L1 (Contract) in Chennai 🏢This role focuses on providing desktop support, handling client service requests, resolving hardware/software/network issues, and ensuring smooth IT infrastructure operations 💻⚙️Candidates will work closely with client systems, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain SLA timelines, and support users with software, hardware, and access-related concerns 🚀
📌Key Responsibilities:
📌 Resolve software, hardware, and network-related tickets within SLA timelines 🎫
📌 Provide desktop and technical support to end users 💻
📌 Install and configure software and hardware systems ⚙️
📌 Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for technical issues 🔍
📌 Maintain system, server, platform, and infrastructure functionality 🌐
📌 Manage user access requests and application support 🔐
📌 Coordinate with onsite teams for complex issue resolution 🤝
📌 Monitor support tickets through chat, email, IMS, and helpdesk tools 📩
📌 Ensure timely backup of critical data and logs 💾
