💡About the Role:
This PAN-India hiring drive covers three major airport operations areas:

1️⃣ Terminal Service
Assist passengers with check-in, boarding and baggage services. Handle queries, special requests and service issues while maintaining operational and safety standards.

2️⃣ Security
Support passenger, baggage and cargo screening, monitor restricted-area access and respond to security-related situations according to aviation security procedures.

3️⃣ Ramp
Coordinate ground-handling activities around aircraft turnarounds, communicate with operational teams and maintain safety and security standards on the ramp.

📌Key Responsibilities:

  • 🧳 Support passenger check-in, boarding and baggage services
  • 🙋 Handle passenger questions, requests and service concerns
  • 🔐 Assist with airport security screening and restricted-area monitoring
  • 🚨 Follow aviation security procedures and respond appropriately to security situations
  • ✈️ Coordinate ramp and ground-handling activities
  • 🔄 Support efficient aircraft turnaround operations
  • 📢 Maintain clear communication with airport, operations and flight teams
  • 🦺 Follow aviation safety, security and operational protocols
  • 🤝 Work collaboratively in a fast-paced airport environment
  • ⏰ Maintain flexibility for rotational shifts

🎯Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream from a UGC-approved university
  • Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply
