💡About the Role:
Enterpret is hiring an Applied AI Research Engineer 👨‍💻 for its Bangalore office.This role combines AI research thinking with strong engineering execution to design, build, test, and deploy reliable AI-powered features in production environments.Candidates will work on modern LLM systems, retrieval pipelines, agents, evaluation frameworks, production monitoring, and scalable AI infrastructure while collaborating across product, engineering, and infrastructure teams 🚀

📌Key Responsibilities:
📌 Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI-powered features 🤖
📌 Develop evaluation rubrics, rollout criteria, and quality benchmarks 📊
📌 Build retrieval pipelines, AI agents, and hybrid AI systems ⚙️
📌 Write clean, scalable, and testable Python code 💻
📌 Debug failures across data, infrastructure, prompts, and models 🔍
📌 Implement monitoring systems and regression testing pipelines 🚀
📌 Collaborate with product, infra, and engineering teams 🤝
📌 Improve system reliability, performance, and production quality 🌐
📌 Own AI features end-to-end from design to deployment 📈

🎯Requirements:
🎯 2–5 years of experience building and shipping AI systems 👨‍💻
🎯 Strong Python programming and software engineering skills 💻

🎯 Strong understanding of AI system evaluation methodologies 📊
