Enterpret is hiring an Applied AI Research Engineer 🎯 to design, build, and deploy reliable AI-powered systems using modern LLM technologies.
This role combines research thinking with hands-on engineering, focusing on production-ready AI systems, evaluation frameworks, retrieval pipelines, and intelligent agents 🤖
📌Key Responsibilities:
📌 Design and ship AI-powered production features 🚀
📌 Build evaluation frameworks, test plans & rollout systems 📊
📌 Develop retrieval pipelines, AI agents & hybrid architectures ⚙️
📌 Debug failures across data, infra, prompts, and models 🔍
📌 Write scalable, production-grade Python code 💻
📌 Collaborate with Product, Infra & Engineering teams 🤝
📌 Monitor AI systems and improve reliability continuously 📈

🎯 Strong Python programming and engineering skills 🐍
🎯 Experience building and deploying AI/LLM systems 🤖
🎯 Understanding of prompt engineering & fine-tuning 🧠
