📌Key Responsibilities:
📌 Screen submitted nursing manuscripts for scientific quality, originality, and journal scope 📑

📌 Coordinate peer-review processes with authors, reviewers, and editorial teams 🤝

📌 Evaluate reviewer feedback and recommend editorial decisions ✅

📌 Review revised manuscripts and ensure publication standards are maintained 📖

📌 Identify publication ethics and research integrity concerns 🔍

📌 Commission review articles, special issues, and invited content 📝

📌 Collaborate with global editorial teams to improve publishing quality 🌍

📌 Analyze editorial performance metrics and support continuous improvement 📊

📌 Maintain clear communication throughout the publication lifecycle 💬

📌 Contribute to the growth of internationally recognized nursing journals 🚀

🎯Requirements:
🎯 M.Sc. Nursing, Ph.D., or equivalent advanced qualification 🎓

🎯 Clinical nursing experience preferred 👩‍⚕️

🎯 Research experience in Nursing, Clinical Practice, Public Health, Healthcare Policy, Psychology, or related disciplines 📚

🎯 Experience as an author, reviewer, or editor in scholarly publishing is preferred 📝

🎯 Strong analytical thinking and scientific evaluation skills 🔍

🎯 Excellent written and verbal communication skills 💬
