People are the heart of hospitality.Marriott is looking for an Assistant Human Resources Manager who can support recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, training, compliance, and HR operations while helping create an outstanding workplace culture.This role is ideal for HR professionals who enjoy working with people, solving workplace challenges, and supporting employee growth in a globally recognized hospitality brand.
πKey Responsibilities:
π Support recruitment, interviewing, and hiring activities π₯
π Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and job fairs π―
π Assist in employee onboarding and orientation programs π€
π Support training, cross-training, and employee development initiatives π
π Maintain employee records and HR documentation securely π
π Assist in employee relations, communication, and engagement programs π¬
π Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company procedures βοΈ
π Support compensation, benefits, and performance management processes πΌ
π Assist in workplace safety, compliance audits, and HR reporting π
π Collaborate with department managers to resolve employee concerns π
π―Requirements:
π― High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of HR or related experience OR 2-Year Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field π
π― Strong communication and interpersonal skills π¬
π― Good organizational and administrative abilities π
π― Basic knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle π¨βπΌ
π― Ability to maintain confidential employee information π
