💡About the Role:
Marsh is hiring an Associate – Accounting Operations for its Pune office. This role focuses on Record-to-Report (R2R) accounting processes, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, revenue accruals, audits, and financial reporting while collaborating with global finance teams.

📌Key Responsibilities:
📌 Manage month-end and quarter-end R2R activities 📊
📌 Handle fixed assets, revenue accruals, prepayments, payroll, and intercompany accounting 💼
📌 Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding items 📑
📌 Coordinate with controllers and global finance teams 🤝
📌 Support internal and external audit requirements 🔍
📌 Identify automation opportunities and improve accounting processes ⚙️
📌 Maintain process documentation as per ISO standards 📝
📌 Ensure SLA compliance and timely financial reporting 📈

🎯Requirements:
🎯 Commerce Graduate with 4+ years of experience or CA with 0–1 year experience 🎓
🎯 Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge 📚
🎯 Experience working with Oracle or ERP systems 💻
🎯 Good Microsoft Excel skills 📊
🎯 Excellent communication and analytical abilities 💬
🎯 Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts 🌙
