You’ll review, validate, and process health insurance claims while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely claim resolution. 📌Key Responsibilities:
📌 Process medical insurance claims accurately and within SLA timelines ⚙️
📌 Review claims requiring manual adjudication 📝
📌 Understand deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket concepts 📊
📌 Validate claim information and ensure compliance with company policies ✅
📌 Research claim discrepancies and make informed decisions 🔍
📌 Maintain high productivity and quality standards 📈
📌 Collaborate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues 🤝
📌 Work in rotational/night shifts as required 🌙
🎯Requirements:
