The position focuses on land identification, sourcing, feasibility assessment and deal closure. The selected candidate will work with landowners, support legal due diligence and handle negotiations for Joint Development Agreements (JDAs) and joint ventures.

📌Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source suitable land opportunities.
  • Negotiate with landowners and drive deal closures.
  • Evaluate land feasibility and conduct due diligence.
  • Coordinate legal documentation and title verification.
  • Lead negotiations for Joint Development Agreements (JDAs).
  • Support joint venture discussions and agreements.
  • Manage the team and monitor progress.
  • Prepare reports and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
