Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:
- Analyze technical complaints of vehicles in the field and rectify defects or overhaul
aggregates. - Maintain and handle internet-based warranty processes.
- Ensure the implementation of service processes at channel partners.
- Develop secondary channels and provide feedback on the company’s and competitors’
products. - Train service managers and work out special service support for strategic customers
with channel partners. - Ensure the execution of spare parts orders, sufficient inventory, and meeting spare parts
targets. - Establish secondary networks for spare parts sales.
- Guide channel partners for manpower, facilities, and equipment optimization.
- Ensure the profitability of workshops at channel partners.
- Manage service guarantee at the dealership.
- Provide monthly visits to ASC (Authorized Service Centers) and monitor performance
along with ASC coordinator. - Organize service camps on a monthly basis.
- Conduct monthly visits to customers and update M Response data.

Education Qualification:
Diploma in Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering; Diploma in Engineering in
Mechanical
General Experience:
5 years and above.
Critical Experience:
- Strong experience in automotive service management.
- Proven track record in customer care and satisfaction.
- In-depth knowledge of service planning and execution.
