Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:

  • Analyze technical complaints of vehicles in the field and rectify defects or overhaul
  • Maintain and handle internet-based warranty processes.
  • Ensure the implementation of service processes at channel partners.
  • Develop secondary channels and provide feedback on the company’s and competitors’
  • Train service managers and work out special service support for strategic customers
    with channel partners.
  • Ensure the execution of spare parts orders, sufficient inventory, and meeting spare parts
  • Establish secondary networks for spare parts sales.
  • Guide channel partners for manpower, facilities, and equipment optimization.
  • Ensure the profitability of workshops at channel partners.
  • Manage service guarantee at the dealership.
  • Provide monthly visits to ASC (Authorized Service Centers) and monitor performance
    along with ASC coordinator.
  • Organize service camps on a monthly basis.
  • Conduct monthly visits to customers and update M Response data.

Education Qualification:

Diploma in Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering; Diploma in Engineering in

General Experience:

5 years and above.

Critical Experience:

  • Strong experience in automotive service management.
  • Proven track record in customer care and satisfaction.
  • In-depth knowledge of service planning and execution.
