π‘About the Role:
Foundation AI is hiring a Customer Solutions Manager to lead and optimize the customer journey after implementation π―.
This role combines customer strategy, workflow consulting, configuration management, troubleshooting, and adoption support for law firm clients βοΈπ»
πKey Responsibilities:
π Manage post-launch customer success, adoption & optimization π
π Understand law firm workflows and recommend scalable solutions βοΈ
π Handle workflow configurations and process improvements βοΈ
π Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes & drive resolutions π
π Monitor customer usage, adoption gaps & performance metrics π
π Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support & Implementation teams π€
π Maintain documentation, SOPs, and workflow notes π
π Support renewals and expansion by ensuring measurable value πΌ
π―Requirements:
π― 5+ years in Customer Success / Solutions Consulting / SaaS roles π»
π― 2+ years in LegalTech or working with law firms βοΈ
π― Strong workflow design and process improvement skills π
π― Experience managing complex customer environments βοΈ
π― Excellent communication and stakeholder management π€
π― Ability to work independently in remote environments π‘
