💡About the Role:
As an Education Architect II, you’ll help build the technical learning ecosystem around the o9 Platform.

You’ll conduct instructor-led workshops, support training framework development, collaborate with Learning Architects and Instructional Designers, maintain knowledge repositories, and help improve course materials.

You’ll also work with Senior Architects to understand training requirements and design targeted workshop agendas.

But the role goes beyond delivering presentations.

You’ll need to understand the technology well enough to answer questions, adapt to different audiences, identify learning gaps, and make complex concepts easier to understand.

You won’t just teach technology. You’ll make technology teachable.

📌Key Responsibilities:
📌 Conduct instructor-led technical workshops for internal hires and partner consultants. 👨‍🏫

📌 Support development of the training framework for the o9 Platform and associated products. 🧩

📌 Work with Senior Architects to assess workshop training requirements. 🎯

📌 Draft targeted agendas based on learner and business requirements. 📋

📌 Contribute to knowledge repositories using insights and learnings from workshops. 📚

📌 Collaborate with Learning Architects and Instructional Designers to rebuild and improve course materials. 🔄

📌 Update existing courses and programs to keep learning content relevant. 💡

📌 Respond to learner questions and provide technical clarification. 💬

📌 Support training infrastructure to ensure workshops run smoothly. 💻

📌 Capture feedback on candidates’ technical and functional learning. 📊

📌 Share candidate feedback with relevant reporting managers. 🤝

📌 Monitor workshop feedback on a quarterly basis. 📈

📌 Continuously identify opportunities to improve the learning experience. 🚀

🎯Requirements:
🎯 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field. 🎓

🎯 2–5 years of experience in technical training, academic teaching, software development, or implementation. 👨‍💻

🎯 Technical understanding of one or more technologies such as Java, R, Python, C#, C++, SQL, Machine Learning, Cloud, or Big Data. 💻

🎯 Basic understanding of business planning domains across different industries. 📊

🎯 Knowledge of spreadsheets, document processing, and presentation tools. 📑

🎯 Database knowledge such as SQL Server or MySQL is preferred. 🗄️

🎯 Exposure to Data Analytics is an advantage. 📈
