๐ŸŒHR gets complicated when your workforce crosses borders.

Different countries.

Different employment laws.

Different employee expectations.

Different HR processes.

Now imagine being the person helping managers and employees navigate all of it.

That’s the opportunity at ASSA ABLOY.

The company is looking for an HR Adviser โ€“ EMEIA to join its Head Office team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting employees and managers across approximately 20 countries spanning Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa.

This isn’t an HR role limited to one office.

It’s a role where global thinking becomes part of your everyday work.

๐ŸŒŸAbout ASSA ABLOY:
ASSA ABLOY is a global leader in access solutions, helping make physical and digital spaces safer, more secure, and easier to access. ๐ŸŒŽ๐Ÿ”

The Group has nearly 63,000 colleagues across more than 70 countries, bringing together diverse teams, perspectives, and expertise.

The company places strong emphasis on career development, training, feedback, internal mobility, and creating opportunities for employees to shape their careers around their ambitions.

For HR professionals, that global scale creates an environment where people, technology, data, and business strategy come together.

๐Ÿ”ฅCareer Insight:
The more global a company becomes, the less effective one-size-fits-all HR becomes.

A policy that works in one country may need to be adapted somewhere else.

A manager in Sweden may face a completely different employee challenge from a manager in India.

And a global HR system is only valuable if people actually know how to use it.

That’s why strong international HR professionals develop more than technical knowledge.

They learn to connect local realities with global strategy.

They understand data.

They understand people.

They understand employment law.

And most importantly, they learn how to turn complexity into clarity.

That’s the kind of HR professional global organizations need.
