๐กAbout the Role:
As an HR Associate Partner, AMZL, you’ll work closely with the station’s workforce and leadership teams to ensure HR processes run smoothly.
You’ll support onboarding, attendance and payroll resolution, employee engagement, HR policy implementation, labor compliance, workforce management, and employee relations.
You’ll also work with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to identify issues and use HR data to improve station performance.
The role requires someone who can move quickly, stay organized, solve problems, and communicate effectively with different teams.

๐Key Responsibilities:
๐ Ensure proper onboarding of associates at the station by coaching Team Leaders and Learning Ambassadors. ๐ฅ
๐ Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to resolve attendance, leave, and payroll anomalies. ๐ฐ
๐ Own and lead Associate-Centered Leadership practices in coordination with the HRBP. ๐
๐ Build employee engagement and maintain strong workforce connections. ๐ค
๐ Coordinate with HRBP and Workforce Staffing teams to maintain appropriate headcount. ๐
๐ Partner with HRBP and site leaders to maintain a positive employee relations environment. ๐ฌ
๐ Connect, coach, and engage with operations and support employees. ๐จโ๐ผ
๐ Develop strong knowledge of HR policies and support their implementation and compliance. ๐
๐ Prepare and use MIS and HR data to identify insights and improve station scorecards. ๐
๐ Support Continuous Improvement initiatives and station/territory-level Kaizen projects. โ๏ธ
๐ Help maintain 100% labor compliance at the station. โ๏ธ
๐ Coordinate with manpower agencies on disciplinary cases, payroll, benefits, and employee-related matters. ๐ค
๐ฏRequirements:
๐ฏ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. ๐
๐ฏ Minimum 6 months of Human Resources experience. ๐จโ๐ผ
๐ฏ Minimum 6 months of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications. ๐ป
๐ฏ Experience working in environments where confidentiality is important. ๐
๐ฏ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. โฐ
๐ฏ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. ๐ง
๐ฏ Ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of tasks. ๐
๐ฏ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ๐ฌ
