📌Key Responsibilities:
📌 Deliver engaging IB Diploma Programme (HL & SL) Economics lessons for Grades 11 & 12 📚

📌 Design inquiry-based learning experiences aligned with IB Standards & Practices 🌍

📌 Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and academic resources 📝

📌 Guide students in Internal Assessments (IA), Extended Essays (EE), and Theory of Knowledge (TOK) 📖

📌 Monitor academic progress and provide personalized feedback 📊

📌 Foster analytical thinking, research skills, and global perspectives 🧠

📌 Maintain positive communication with parents regarding student development 🤝

📌 Collaborate with academic leaders and fellow educators for curriculum planning 👨‍🏫

📌 Participate actively in co-curricular activities, school events, and professional development 🚀

📌 Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into the classroom 💻

🎯Requirements:
🎯 Master’s Degree in Economics or a related discipline 🎓

🎯 B.Ed. qualification is mandatory 📚

🎯 Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, including IB Diploma Programme Economics 👨‍🏫

🎯 Experience teaching Economics at Higher Level (HL) and Standard Level (SL) 📈

🎯 Strong understanding of IB assessment practices and curriculum standards 🌍

🎯 Excellent classroom management, communication, and presentation skills 💬

🎯 Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning 💻
