πKey Responsibilities:
π Deliver engaging IB Diploma Programme (HL & SL) Economics lessons for Grades 11 & 12 π
π Design inquiry-based learning experiences aligned with IB Standards & Practices π
π Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and academic resources π
π Guide students in Internal Assessments (IA), Extended Essays (EE), and Theory of Knowledge (TOK) π
π Monitor academic progress and provide personalized feedback π
π Foster analytical thinking, research skills, and global perspectives π§
π Maintain positive communication with parents regarding student development π€
π Collaborate with academic leaders and fellow educators for curriculum planning π¨βπ«
π Participate actively in co-curricular activities, school events, and professional development π
π Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into the classroom π»
π―Requirements:
π― Master’s Degree in Economics or a related discipline π
π― B.Ed. qualification is mandatory π
π― Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, including IB Diploma Programme Economics π¨βπ«
π― Experience teaching Economics at Higher Level (HL) and Standard Level (SL) π
π― Strong understanding of IB assessment practices and curriculum standards π
π― Excellent classroom management, communication, and presentation skills π¬
π― Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning π»
