As a DM/MGR, you’ll play a crucial role in devising security strategies, ensuring
compliance, and managing security threats.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation (B. Tech, any specialization)
  • Post Graduation (Full-time MBA preferred, any specialization)
  • Certifications: CISSP, CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 LA/LI, CDPSE, CIPM

Work Experience:

5 to 10 years in Information Security

Job Responsibilities:

  • Devise security strategy and roadmap based on risk assessment
  • Sustain information security management system and transition to ISO 27001:2022
  • Ensure IT and security compliance in MSIL
  • Plan and ensure closure of audit observations
  • Partner with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to maintain compliance and
    improve security controls
  • Identify, communicate, and manage security threats
  • Promote and adopt security best practices with internal and external teams
  • Validate IT infrastructure for security best practices
  • Develop and oversee disaster recovery policies aligned with business continuity goals

Competencies / Skills:

  • Strong business acumen and proactive mindset
  • Experience in process improvements
  • IT skills, understanding of ISO 27001, ITIL, NIST CSF framework, and cybersecurity
  • Established ISMS or worked on the entire ISMS lifecycle
  • Security certifications (CISA, CISSP, CRISC, ISO 27001 LA/LI)
  • Experience in security audits and GRC
  • Knowledge/exposure to GDPR/PDPB
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Change and conflict management skills
  • Networking and influencing skills
  • Strong project and stakeholder management
  • Team player with excellent personal and time management skills
