creative skills. The ideal candidate should excel in translating client discussions into
innovative designs and adapt them based on feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptual Design & Spatial Analysis
- Technical Services Design, Design Detailing, and Working Drawings
- Decor & Styling
- Project Supervision & Coordination
- Develop and present design concepts
- Effective communication with clients, vendors, contractors, and team
Qualifying Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: B.Arch./Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in working drawings.
- Experience in Residential projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, basic Sketchup.
